I am thinking of turning a van into a mobile coffee business. Will i be able to supply enough power to the coffee machine, grinder, water boiler and microwave all from a "liesure" battery. Or will i have to get a generator. Also, how difficult is it to get hot running water with two sinks into a van. I can buy a van already kitted out but it cost so much more. I really want to attempt converting it myself. Do you know of any other links that explain about how to do this.
