Hi,

I'm new here so please be gentle smiley

I've just bought a nice P reg LDV convoy 400 if there is such a thing. I say nice, it is red paint with black and green from been under trees for years. But the upside is its only done 28k miles and its just sailed through its MOT. Even better is it has no rot at all.

Anyway, I'm just about to start turning it into a camper for use when I'm away racing my F2 sidecar.

the bus has a plate in it saying coachwork by Devcoplan ltd. Does anyone know of they will have insulated the bus before fiting the panels? They are in really good nick so i don't really want to remove them to find out if I can help it.

Also, any idea what the panels will be made from? Will they take a screw for fixing things like the kitchen units etc/

any help would be apprecaited.

expect loads more daft questions.

Cheers

John.

As water vapor condenses on cold metal/window surfaces, I'm thinking of just covering all metal surfaces with good quality

van lining carpet. Has anyone done likewise, and if so,have you found any problems later, any help would be appreciated.
