Ive got my dads old Renault Master T35 Van,im converting it,i also know it was never ment to have windows fitted to it cause some of them have the metal panels where the window would go.When i cut out the metal for the window should i strenghen behind the panel to act as a double skin.??
Please help me.I need answers before i build up the Balls to cut a big hole in it.
Sorry, don't know the answer to the strenghtening / double skin question but found this picture and advert which might give you some inspiration....Renault Master T5 Campervan Conversion
Hopefully one of the (brave) folk out there who has done the hole cuttin' thing will get back to you.....

Hey man - not totally sure what you mean? How about posting some photos of the metal panel you're talkin about so we can see if we know the answer.
When I put windows into both a transit and a vw transporter there was a metal strut going vertically down across the metal panel. I used an angle grinder to cut the strut out as cleanly as I could, then marked the panel & cut it out etc. My understanding is that the strut is primarily to stop the metal sounding like a wobble board or drum every time you go over a bump. I don't think that strut is structural as such so once you put the window in I don't think you need any extra strength.
That help?
Thank you.
