I have a few questions about insulation, I've read a few posts here and there although I'm not sure if they relate to the van I have... It's a VW LT35 luton, aluminium body.

Firstly I was wondering why some people mention air spaces and some don't, also whether air spaces are advised and whether they are usually on walls, floors and ceilings or just walls or something. Also, some have mentioned they left out the plastic sheeting for vapour protection, does anyone know the pro's and cons and why?

Is there any best/special/particular way of insulating my van seeing as it's alum body? Any advice would be *much* appreciated. Currently I was thinking of using celotex insulation with ply and maybe panelling, but if you guys think of better materials/methods it'd be great.
