Hey everyone. I am currently attempting to source info before I start spending money. I want to buy a minibus soi that I can take out the seats and utilise the space. My partner is disabled and uses a mobility scooter or wheelchair, it would be nice to take everything with us when going away for the weekend, including our 8 stone dog!!
I am having trouble finding insurance as I wanted it to be as versatile as possible and use it as an everyday vehicle. I have read info on what constitutes a campervan/motorhome. I'm just a bit stuck on what type of vehicle to start with and what to end up with.
Hi Tash, i am in the process of converting a minibus and had the same trouble finding sensible insurance. I am currently insured as a "Camper-in-conversion" at a reasonable cost with Adrian Flux insurance. They are helpful and I recommend them to you-give them a call. cheers, Mike
