Camper van bed lift

S&G, I'm thinking a professional electric bed lift will be expesnive.  I reckon you want to look into other ways of lifting, similar to the systems (hydraulics?) which commercial vans have to lower tailgates or which wheelchair access vans have.  It depends what the bed is made of, but something designed to lift a wheelchair and passenger is probably the level of spec. you need (carrying weight).  No idea how you would adapt this tho!?!  The other option would be some kind of pulley system that would require manual cranking.  Likely to be way cheaper but also much harder work or even simpler 2 levels of racking, one for the bed at sleeping level and one to put the bed up when putting the bike in.  Again would need you to futter about moving things everytime you take the bike.  WIthout a doubt pushing a button would be way easier.   Would be great to see photos if you fit something...R
