Only just come across this site and joined so apologies if this has been mentioned before, Bonded or rubber mounted windows? personaly I would insulate and panel the inside first to a specific thickness to suit  and then buy second hand caravan window and surround which come in different sizes and are fairly cheap to buy from certain auction sites on the net.
