What an excdellent site this seems to be - lots of advice for a novice such as myself!

I had thought to use expanded polystyrene but note your comments;  I have used it my workshop and cleaned up "the damnable little balls" with a good vacuum cleaner but I hadn't thought about the squeaks - thank you for that.   However, if I use glass wool is there not the risk of it compressing due to engine and road vibration?   Could I spray poly foam directly onto the body metal   ...   difficult to do    ...   expensive   ?

How do I line the ceiling?
