So my original plan was to cover every bit of metal with insulation then apply the ply board then carpet but I'm now concerned that the carpet will bascially be sticking to the insulation!
Any tips?
Thanks!

Hi Simon
When we insulate a van we stick the insulation to the metal with high temperature spray adhesive and then put the ply lining panels back on and carpet over the top of them. We also just cover the bare metal that is not covered by the ply lining with the carpet, we do not carpet over the top of the insulation as the carpet does not stick to the insulation that well.
I hope this helps.
