Hi,Dan......have you an idea of what you want the vito to do????........its a smallish van,which does have its limitations,but,a lot can be done.........do you want a "no expense spared ",build??,and/or a timescale to work to???.........

 Hi,Jase.......thanks for your reply..........Have you started your conversion yet????.........I got my 17 seater minibus 7 weeks ago....stripped it clean and built it in 4 weeks!!!!!!.........Properly,too!!!!....took me 2 hours to strip it out again,then rebuild to another plan,and another,and another...lol.....till i settled on the build plan i got now......lol..lol......yes,it was bloody hard work,7 days a week,but it does look pukka,and almost ready to use........the build was done useing all new timber.......10mm ply,,5mm ply,,,38mmx22mm batton,etc.......all screwed and glued,etc.....cellotex insulation ,all round....wired to my own spec........built a new kitchen unit,houseing Cramer hob/sink/drainer/oven,etc.....the top half of the camper is all pine tounge and groove,copiously teak oiled(smells,and looks,fantastic).......curtains are being made,as we speak........just got to to minor finishing bits,interiorly,then im underneath the van to put all new brake pipes on(its moted etc,but i plan to keep this van),so wanting to keep things up to scratch........looking to respray it duo tone ,over winter......by the way,i been mechanic on cars and bikes,all my life,so everything that has and will be done to the camper,i do myself....as to where i live,im in Cornwall...........nera St Austell.......would like to hear about your build,and,if you got any problems/queries,leave a message for me,and will get back to you asap....take care,jase..........................laters.................
