Hi everyone, I'm just about to start on my van, it is just a shell at the moment so windows first then the rest. But I have an idea for insulating my van, so here is the news.

I am going to coat the insdie of the van with Thermilate warmtouch metal coating paint or Thermilate Warmcoat emulsion. These coatings contain microscopic nano spheres which form a thermal barrier between the war air circulating in the van and the metal surface of the van, this will eliminate condensation problems due to no contact between warm and cold surfaces, also this will  stop the van getting to hot in summer as heat cannot travel through a vacum (sphere). Then I plan to use just rock wool loft insulation.
