lining my van

would be grateful for some help

i've had my ducato 2.0 jtd 11,  2003 van from new, 43,000 on clock & been service every year, so i'm going to convert it for my adventures of going off fishing, course, sea & game, to start i've got to insulate & do the ply lining, what i intend to do.with some help

1)going to use loft or glass wool insulation, then use a foil roll of some sort to stop or help stop condensation, then use a ply lining kit to board the area out, before this, fit some windows & a sun roof, does anyone have any other idears before  i start, plus would like to know a good idear to insulate the roof, thinking of something on a roll or mating

Your insulation plan sounds pretty good.  One option for the roof (discussed elsewhere on the forum) is van specific insulation matting.  It's quite expensive but ticks all the heat and moisture resistance boxes.  Good idea to put the windows and sun roof in first and any other work where you are cutting metal i.e. fitting vents or a heater.  Also a good idea to do any wiring / electrics and this can then be hidden behind the insulation.  Good luck!
