Trying to pick the right Insulation

Task Write-up:

Insulation and the type to use, what thickness, have an air gap ?,one layer or two ? and so on...I am looking at the foil back rolls they have online here in the shop just trying to figure out if I need to stick it directly to panels or leave a gap and stick it to frame of van...

Im now looking at the foil back insulation available here online along with the window pre cut insulation mats for the cab..in the sleeping area im going to insulate the roof, walls and floor...for the garage section Im going to try do the same and the partition wall inbetween will also be insulated, should be fairly warm and take little gas to heat it...
