Dear all,

My wife and I are looking to return to UK and buy a van to live in / camp out of for a year while we go rock climbing in france and spain. Does anybody have any recomendations (or definite things to avoid!)  for van make / model? (2 K max excluding insurance)

Also, any recomendations for insurance? - plus what needs to be installed to classify a van as camper? - my mate had an old British Telecom truck he used for techno parties, and his fixed "wardrobe" and "bed" were pretty basic!
