Insurance - When is a panel van a camper van?

HI,

I want to buy a Peogoet Expert and put a simple removable bed in the back. a window in one of the panels and a removable stove in the back.

Would this then change the classification from a commercial van to a campervan?

When does a commercial van become a campervan?
