Base van is a LWB Vauxhall Vivaro Sportive in Silver. The Plan is to do the basic conversion to day van standard and after some searching online we decided that a Vivaro was the best option with it's Internal dimensions big enough to get a proper full Width Bed in.

Coming along nicely:
After waiting for a few things to arrive, I am ready to move on to the next bit of removing all the old panelling and Trims etc, The bulkhead was easy to remove but make sure you have a decent Battery Drill and some star socket heads for this job. Took me less than 10 minutes in total to remove the bulkhead.

  • Base Vehicle

    Bed supplied by Campervan conversion, Full width frame with Boards and upholstery, Also fitted with Twin Seat belts. The bed is not bolted down until the lining and flooring work has been done.

    Side walls nicely stuffed ready for the lining. Work done at Mark 1 conversions Feniton Devon.

    The Rear bed/seat is now in place and I have fitted a quick release Velcro front in carpeted ply.
