The van came un-lined so needed all the lining.

Insulation:
I bought a load of cheep camping mats from ebay and spray glued them onto the panels all over the van as a base layer of insulation and bought some 'space blanket' style loft insulation (basically the sealed stuff in a foil bag) for the deep cavities like the walls and some of the foil backed bubble wrap style stuff for the shallow areas like the ceiling.

Plylining:
The back barn door cards were trashed when I got the van so I replaced them with decent plywood and the rear wall sections I have covered using a kit bought from a van lining company from Bolton. the kit needed a little tweaking but it fits nicely now.

i need to line the roof of the van too and also insulate behind the sliding door cards too..

i added a few little cubby holes in the panel on the LH wall and the RH door card as i felt the space was wasted so i now have a nice bed side table and place for a few bungies and my torch.
Next job, actually make a bed! oh and all the other jobs too.

I will be eventually carpeting the whole back area as well but i may run out of money before then so that might go on hold.
